Summary of primary job responsibilities
Telephone and e-mail customer support to English speaking Customers/Clients within Contact Centre environment. Telephone and e-mail, technical support to users of global brand electic equipment or glucose meters -- diabetes care users telephone support.
Requirements
Fluent/very good English, both written and verbal;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
IT literacy (Windows, MS Office suite);
Team work oriented;
Professional telephone manner;
Experience in CC environment or Customer Care
would be an asset.
