Communication Manager

Tasks:

Reporting to the Global GBS Communication Manager and local hub leader, your key areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Develop and implement internal communication strategy for GBS Krakow and provide strategy advice and guidance on communication initiatives
  
• Design, develop and implement an annual communications calendar of key activities that promote employee engagement
  
• Plan, develop, write and support internal communication campaigns; embrace change processes proactively
  
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of change and employee engagement activities in conjunction with internal stakeholders
  
• Support and advise GBS functions with their communication activities
  
• Overall accountability for managing and optimizing internal GBS communications platforms
  
• Continuously analyze, track activities and identify innovative ways to deliver content to employees
  
• Create and foster employeee dialogue to support continous improvement across the GBS hub
