Supplier Coordinator- Electronic/Software Components

This position is responsible for ensuring professional supplier management between ZF and the strategic service partners in the Driving Assistance System Group (ADAS). The position is aimed at experienced engineers with a software or testing background but also offers new development opportunities.

Your tasks:

• Establish relationship between ZF and its strategic service suppliers;
• Support all engineering disciplines in contract management and negotiations;
• Monitor and oversee all contracts with service suppliers on a global level
• Review the performance of the strategic service suppliers on a global level;
• Maintain and deploy the supplier management process to engineering disciplines.

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent qualification;
• Basic knowledge in project management (scheduling and cost planning);
• Awareness of Quality Assurance measures in software, systems & test engineering;
• Ability to quickly build and maintain business relationships;
• General program management skills: scheduling and follow up, cost planning and cost tracking;
• General awareness on QA measures in engineering disciplines;
• Soft skills when interacting with Engineers, Sales, Purchasing and other Managers;
• Fluent English (German will be an advantage).
