Our Client is a market innovator within the energy and industrial sector. For the newly formed subsidiary company we are looking for the best on the market candidate to drive sales and build the structures in nearest the future.
It is a unique proposition for an energetic individual to form sales structures in a newly formed subsidiary of a well-known organisation and become a real sales driver. If you have the potential then you would be given a chance to set the sales standards and participate in the organisation growth.
For the position perfect candidate should have at least 5 years of experience (therein 2 years on managerial position). Desirable experience would be gained on B2B market in the energy and industrial sector in Poland. Candidate should have experience in creation, development and sales of professional services and solutions related to at least one from the below:
- engineering and design,
- asset construction and modernisation,
- asset operations and maintenance,
- energy efficiency.
Preferably in particular connected with electricity grid, building installations, micro-grid/smart grid, renewable energy sources, e-mobility, lighting systems and intelligent traffic systems.
The candidate must have the ability to create and manage network of the cooperation partners (consulting, engineering, construction, EPC and equipment manufacturing companies, scientific institutes, start-ups).
Apart from the above soft skills & motivation is also crucial. Candidate must have the highest level of integrity, energy
and passion, strong customer focus. Candidate should be using innovative ideas, building a culture of innovation and creative thinking. Initiative to seek business challenges and anticipate opportunities, setting ambitious goals and taking actions when the result is threatened is the desired attitude.
Sales Director would be responsible for building trust in the team, must have the ability to motivate and influence others in a socially responsible and respectful manner. Also ability to cooperate with partners from diverse backgrounds
and hierarchies, strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead negotiations on the top management level.
Business fluency required in Polish and English.
