Fou our client we are actually looking for: Unified Communications Engineer.
Requirements:
- Experience with Cisco voice routers
- Experience with Cisco CUCM, CER, CUC, IP IVR or comparable systems
- Knowledge of SQL
- Cisco voice upgrades/TAC
- Good knowledge of English
- Focus on continuous improvements
- Team player
- Good communication skills
Additional advantages:
- Experience in UCCE, UCCX
- Experience with working in continuous processes improvement and documentation of multiple voice systems
