Global Service Coordinator

As a result of dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for a candidate for the posi-tion of Global Service Coordinator to join ABB Service team based in Aleksandrów Łódzki. The person employed as Global Service Coordinator will be coordinating projects between the ABB sales units and regional service centers.

Tasks:

  • Acting as interface between Sales / Operations and the service units;
  • Adding new projects to planning, checking if all needed data is available;
  • Following local regulations of a country where service needs to be provided;
  • Interacting with project managers to follow up of projects that have been added to planning;
  • Tracking availability of engineers in service centers;
  • Updating skills matrix of engineers, to track skills like language, passport / travel restrictions, safety certificates and others;
  • Ensure that the planning is always up to date and KPI of upcoming demand / supply for service engineers is correct. 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or others; 
  • Attention to details;
  • Previous administrative work experience;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Advanced user of MS Office; 
  • Quick learner to understand and evaluate different approaches;
  • Customer focused attitude;
  • Teamwork, collaboration and good communication skills;
  • Experience in working with SAP will be advantage; 
  • Service organization and H&S knowledge will be advantage.
