Client Relations Specialist with German/ Spanish/ French/ Italian/ Portuguese

Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with Clients from foreign markets,
- Proces orders from clients,
- Ensure that orders are shipped timely while fulfilling all customer"s requirements,
- Co-operation with other departments (logistic, finances, sales) on a daily basis,
- Respond to customer queries, solve problems, informing about status of order.
Requirements:
- Very good written and spoken German/ French/ Spanish/ Italian/ Portuguese (C1) and English (B2/ C1),
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems,
- Ability to work well with Clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships,
- Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly,
- Very good communication skills and superior organizational skills.
