Customer Advisor with Italian

For one of our Clients we are currently looking for Candidate for a position of:
Responsibilities:
- answering calls and responding to e-mails
- following prescribed processes (e.g. Rebooking, Cancellation, Schedule change, Name change, Luggage, Meals and Seats, Insurance, Monitor automated ticketing process) and handling other customer requests
- cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues
- providing e-ticket confirmations to customers
Requirements:
- fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
- very good interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in a customer service area will be an asset
- computer skills
