GLOBAL TAKE BACK SOLUTION MANAGER (RECYCLING)

MISSION

  • Identifying, implementation, management of Global Take Back Solutions in close cooperation with customers

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying take back solution for and with customers in co-operation with Key Account Managers and ensuring profitability with each customer
  • Developing service and product lines within the Group
  • Selection of potential supplier network in co-operation with Global Supply Chain Manager and regional Supply Chain Manager and establish relationships with suppliers and leadership for specific regions outside of Europe
  • Implementing take back solutions processes and supervision of service performance and measurement of profitability

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • 2-5 year of professional experience, from which at least 2 years working in supply chain, recycling, procurement or asset management
  • 3rd level education -- University Degree in engineering, management or a related topic
Customer oriented (internal and external) and cross cultural awareness Analytic and process driven and profit oriented Pro-active, able to work autonomous and high level of organisation skills Proficiency in English, level C (as a minimum), preferably command of two additional languages Good Office 365 skills (especially Excel) OTHERS Reporting to Head of Business Practice Take-back Solutions Fulltime Induction phase (6-24 months) in Aachen, final location to be decided (e.g. London, Madrid, Milano, Warsaw
