Service Consultant (SQL and Controlling processes knowledge)

Our client is one of the biggests TSL (Transport, Shipping, Logistics) worldwide company. For main IT Department, based in South Warsaw, we are currently looking for: Service Consultant (SQL and Controlling processes knowledge)
Obowiązki:
- Support technical solution strategy for the system
- Develop or modify software application modules and reports via configuration and SQL programming
- Create technical- and process documentation
- Prepare, execute and record test cases in accordance with test plans
- Identify and resolve system issues (2nd level support), control and escalate
- Perform admin-tasks on the application server (e.g. restart BCA, create DB dumps)
- Dodatkowo: systemy związane z danymi personalnymi, współpraca z dostawcą systemów z Niemiec,
Wymagania
- A university degree in Computer Science or equivalence experience
- Proven SQL knowledge
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows Server (user management, restart, webserver )
- Proven knowledge SQL Management Studio (user administration, DB dumps) and SQL server details (e.g. optimization)
- Knowledge and understanding in processes Controlling
- Strong communication and social competencies combined with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of IT Stakeholder
- Competence in both analytical/conceptual and hands-on practice
- Very good English skills
