For our client, from IT sector - we are looking for IT Recruiter who will be assist the Client with current projects.

Responsibilities:

• Will be to manage candidate generation through networking and online research.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies by providing candidate that support Client's engagements and projects within the Polish office in Warsaw
• This role requires strong recruiting and research ability to provide a consistent high quality pipeline of candidates.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Polish both written and spoken are essential
• 1-2 years of experience in conducting recruitment processes
• Internet search experience including job boards, job posting and networking
• Experience managing full recruitment life cycle processes to include: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiations
• Maintain all databases, management reports and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Conduct new candidate prospecting, including Internet database search
• Work with talent acquisition manager on each phase of recruitment strategies
• Find new external candidates to support the talent pipelines for targeted skills and functional areas with Client
• Track all interviews, profile information and interview results
• Write up candidate summaries (including current compensation, salary expectation, motivation for seeking new opportunities, timing constraints, ability to relocate, right to work etc.)
