Personal Assistant

  • Overall responsibility for two Heads of Functions
  • Managing calendars, answering and responding to calls/emails
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Managing documentation, data and information of all the departments
  • Organising appointments and managing business travels and team events
  • Preparing reports, presentations, meeting notes
  • Expense Management
  • Providing all necessary support on a daily basis
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Personal/ Executive Assistant
  • Anticipates and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools and skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
