Food & Beverage Manager of Entertainment park

This position is responsible for establishing and operation of the restaurants (5 venues), bars (4 venues), event support, catering, pantry operations, vending installations, client service, group bookings and service (MICE), facilitation and cooperation with Hotel activities and special events.


Responsibilities:

• Developing and Maintaining Budgets.
• Leading Food and Beverage Team.
• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service.
• Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. Preferably in hotels with large food and beverage volumes.
• Recommendations from his appropriate professional network.
• Strong English skills.
