Service Coordinator

  • Bear cost of expenses when services are delivered outside client office;
  • Travel to client location.
  • 8-10 years of experience;
  • Knowledge with: JavaScript, Angular, Node, jQuery;
  • Analysis of issues / Changes and checking technical feasibility in JAVA;
  • Knowledge of Tomcat, Weblogic 9 and Apache.;
  • Knowledge of Oracle 12c PL SQL, ETL Informatica 9.x and above;
  • Knowledge of Oracle APEX.;
  • Excellent coordination, organizational and 
communication skills;
  • Proactive approach towards the managed area

  • Responsible for the quality of presented reports

  • Responsible for service organization 
;
  • Responsible for service improvement and optimization 
;
  • Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident 
Manager if such problems occur in the service 
;
  • Communication with service client leaders (i.e.: Delivery Managers, Delivery Service Managers.
