Service Coordinator
Our client:

- IT industry
- Bear cost of expenses when services are delivered outside client office;
- Travel to client location.
- 8-10 years of experience;
- Knowledge with: JavaScript, Angular, Node, jQuery;
- Analysis of issues / Changes and checking technical feasibility in JAVA;
- Knowledge of Tomcat, Weblogic 9 and Apache.;
- Knowledge of Oracle 12c PL SQL, ETL Informatica 9.x and above;
- Knowledge of Oracle APEX.;
- Excellent coordination, organizational and communication skills;
- Proactive approach towards the managed area ;
- Responsible for the quality of presented reports ;
- Responsible for service organization ;
- Responsible for service improvement and optimization ;
- Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the service ;
- Communication with service client leaders (i.e.: Delivery Managers, Delivery Service Managers.
