Managing Director
Our client, a leading consultancy firm with a unique goal: to quickly improve the financial performance of its clients without impacting on their core business, is currently looking for a Managing Director.
Function of the role:
As Managing Director, you will be expected to lead the development of the company in Poland and be responsible for the overall management thereof, including:
- Acquisition of new clients,
- Human resources responsibilities (recruitment, payroll policy management, target definition and monitoring, etc.),
- Implementation of an effective consulting delivery process,
- Client relationship management, - Definition and development of new products/services to be brought to the market,
- Financial responsibilities (budget, reporting, cash management, etc.)
In addition, you will have responsibilities to define, develop and implement a strategy to scale successfully on the Polish market, and will be in constant contact with the high management of the group (CFO, CEO, Chief Development & Strategy Officer, CFO, and other Managing Directors), as well with high level executives at the level of the clients.
Desired experience and skills:
- Higher education
- Excellent verbal communication skills as well as listening skills ;
- Knowledge of tax, social security or legal expertise is desirable (but not essential);
- A natural sales ability; you must be confident and have strong communication skills;
- Ability to grow and manage a team;
- 8 years’ experience at least preferably in a consulting environment (legal, strategy, operational, etc.) or in management positions;
- English speaker (French is not essential but can be useful).
