IT Desktop Support Analyst with French
- Recording and resolving user requests related to IT issues
- Remote handling of user requests
- Monitoring the timeliness of applications
- Provide IT advisory services
- Transferring problems to higher support lines
- Very good knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service or IT area would be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good team player
- Good communication and problem solving skills
