Administration Clerk with Italian or German

Key responsibilities:

  • Sorting incoming mail
  • Scanning documents
  • Responding to emails within agreed timelines and with good quality
  • Cooperating with AP department
  • Sending documents back to vendors
  • Archiving documents
  • Assist Team Leader in preparing reports, solving issues and improvement projects

We are looking for candidates:

  • With fluent Italian OR German language
  • With communicative English language
  • Being fast learners and fast thinkers
  • Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
  • Able to work in a changing environment
  • With good time management and administration skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks
  • With good knowledge of MS Office (would be an asset)
