Key responsibilities:
- Order handling: accurate processing of customer orders input for products, spare parts and accessories.
- Data maintenance and process documentation
- Customer service: e-mail and phone support provision to customers both B2B as well as private users
- Invoicing: processing customer invoices together with the Finance & Accounting organization. Responding to invoicing queries and issues.
Requirements:
- Language skills - fluent English and German or Italian
- Extraordinary customer focus and pro-active approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
