The Security Technical Support will be responsible for:
  • maintain a high level of technical support of the cloud services including anti-virus, anti-spam, encryption
  • diagnosing and addressing technical problems
  • maintain a professional manner throughout oral and written communication with clients
  • working closely with other IT departments and offices, collaborating in projects


REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in resolving IT problems, iddealy working with international customers
  • Experience with Microsoft windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of HTTP, SMTP, TCP/IP, Mail server, Proxy server technologies, Active Directory, Exchange, Firewall
  • Advanced skills in ENGLISH language
  • Being a communicative person with a "team spirit" attitude
