Support Engineer (European Languages)

Podsumowanie / Job summary:

Due to the creation of a new EMEA CoE in Warsaw, our client, a global leader in technology services , is seeking to recruit ambitious Candidates for positions within Support and Administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling queries from Customers within areas of business applications in Windows environment, networking, and corporate communication.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

  • Experience in IT Support or Administration position(s)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, MS Server, AD, Exchange)
  • Knowledge of networks, firewalls and routers
  • Familiarity with conferencing tools, e.g. Skype for Business or Cisco
  • Familiarity with virtualization technology
  • English language on at least communicative level
  • Additional European languages are a plus
  • Microsoft/Cisco (or related) certification is a plus
