For our client, fast growing SSC from medical area we are looking for T&E Specialist.
Working on this position you will be responsible for all tasks related to the Concur Expense report system. In your role you will be performing basic follow up as well as more complex analysis related to the system and processes. As you will be part of the European Shared Service centre, you will be supporting all employees located in the EMEA region.
Main duties are monitoring expense reports; investigate system discrepancies or issues; monthly reconciliation of expense general ledger accounts; respond to customer written and verbal inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensure that internal controls are performed in order to guarantee SOC compliance.
We are looking for candidates with relevant business or accounting degree, fluent in written and spoken English, customer focused. Perfect candidate has strong communication skills, is action oriented and driven by results with willingness to learn.
