Candidate on this position will be responsible for cooperation with accounting office, will provide all financial information to the Management, Group and Business Managers: forecasts, budgets, financial analysis (costs, margins, sales), plus will be responsible for cash flow management and month closing.
It is ideal job for a candidate with minimum 3 years of experience on independent position in controlling department plus deep knowledge of accounting - also from financial audit (BIG4).

Description
- Prepare the budget, financial forecast, report and analysis of variances,
- Support Business with analyses and recommendations,
- Control of all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, all kind of invoices, and revenue recognition,
- Coordinate the preparation of reporting,
- Support month-end and year-end close process,
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements,
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting,
- Manage and comply with Group reporting requirements,
- Develop and document business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls,
- Additional controller and ad hoc duties as necessary,
Profile
- Higher education: economics, finance, accounting etc.,
- Minimum 3 years of experience on independent position as Financial Analyst/ Financial Controller/ Auditor,
- Proven accounting and finance experience,
- Very good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures,
- Experience in financial reporting and month-end, year-end closing process,
- Very good Excel knowledge,
- ERP system knowledge (SAP will be an asset)
- English language - on very good level (written and spoken - used on a daily basis),
- Highly develop analytical and interpersonal skills, team player,
