Junior Financial Controller / Financial Controller

Lokalizacja: Warszawa, mazowieckie

Candidate on this position will be responsible for cooperation with accounting office, will provide all financial information to the Management, Group and Business Managers: forecasts, budgets, financial analysis (costs, margins, sales), plus will be responsible for cash flow management and month closing.

It is ideal job for a candidate with minimum 3 years of experience on independent position in controlling department plus deep knowledge of accounting - also from financial audit (BIG4).

For our Client, international well known retail company, because of growth, we are looking ambitious and open-minded team players for the position of Junior Financial Controller / Financial Controller role based in Warsaw.

Description

  • Prepare the budget, financial forecast, report and analysis of variances,
  • Support Business with analyses and recommendations,
  • Control of all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, all kind of invoices, and revenue recognition,
  • Coordinate the preparation of reporting,
  • Support month-end and year-end close process,
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements,
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting,
  • Manage and comply with Group reporting requirements,
  • Develop and document business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls,
  • Additional controller and ad hoc duties as necessary,

Profile

  • Higher education: economics, finance, accounting etc.,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on independent position as Financial Analyst/ Financial Controller/ Auditor,
  • Proven accounting and finance experience,
  • Very good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures,
  • Experience in financial reporting and month-end, year-end closing process,
  • Very good Excel knowledge,
  • ERP system knowledge (SAP will be an asset)
  • English language - on very good level (written and spoken - used on a daily basis),
  • Highly develop analytical and interpersonal skills, team player,
  • Open for new challenge, independent, proactive, positive, hands on attitude,
