Job description:
- Participation in after sales support
- Responsible for technical support and problem solving
- Responsible for Hotline and Social Media technical support
- Reporting and preparing presentations, carrying out data analysis
Requirement：
- Fluent Italian and English
- After sales experience preferably in Service Center or Vendor
- Consumer orientation
