In regard to further development of one of our Clients we are currently seeking Candidates for a position of Junior Specialist with Italian language.
Tasks:
• answer inbound customer calls / emails and provide support within requested area
• advise customer on appropriate actions via e-mail or chat
• identify and engaging in situations requiring urgent attention
Requirements:
• fluent Italian and very good English language
• good analytical skills
• very good communication and interpersonal skills
• customer orientation
