Responsibilities:
- partnering and leading cross-functional business and technical teams
- development, continuous piloting, formalizing and deployment of process improvements
- create high quality process and equipment standards documentation to support network deployment
- lead continuous process benchmark initiatives and conduct deep dive benchmark studies
- act as key point of contact and technical partner to provide support for process-oriented software developments
Requirements:
- bachelor´s degree in Operations, Engineering or Logistics
- experience in a similar process development role, in logistics or production/manufacturing environment
- very good English language knowledge
- process engineering skills and excellent project management skills
- experience of Distribution and Fulfillment processes
- expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools
- strong analytical skills
- experience in developing specifications for logistic software will be a plus
