process engineer (logistics)

For our Client, a global company, we are currently looking for a skilled, experienced and highly motivated person for the position of:

• partnering and leading cross-functional business and technical teams
• development, continuous piloting, formalizing and deployment of process improvements
• create high quality process and equipment standards documentation to support network deployment
• lead continuous process benchmark initiatives and conduct deep dive benchmark studies
• act as key point of contact and technical partner to provide support for process-oriented software developments

• bachelor´s degree in Operations, Engineering or Logistics
• experience in a similar process development role, in logistics or production/manufacturing environment
• very good English language knowledge
• process engineering skills and excellent project management skills
• experience of Distribution and Fulfillment processes
• expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools
• strong analytical skills
• experience in developing specifications for logistic software will be a plus

• working in a challenging greenfield operation
• external and internal trainings
• possibility of professional development
