Junior specialist in HR department
Responsibilities:
* Staff database administration
* Working time registration, administration ( time - logging system control, registration control, advice and guidance to staff)
* Co-operation with different departments in companies
* Medical and benefit system coordination
* Keeping personal files, contracts registration
* Co-operation with outsourcing companies
* Operational and administrative support to HR Manager in relation to HR processes
Requirements:
* Working experience in an international organisation
* Experience in the area of HR
* Ability to operate in Polish and English at a business level (min. B2)
* Knowledge of local employment legislation
* Knowledge of civil law contracts legislation
* Being accountable
* Ability to work under pressure of time
