Customer Service Specialist with Dutch or German

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively 
  • Effectively communicate company's product ranges and fares and ticketing conditions with the highest customer service and accuracy
  • Maximize the revenue contribution within agreed sale targets through the effective use of all available sales and telesales tools

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch or German
  • Good English 
  • Quality focus and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent non-visual communication skills
  • An open mind and eagerness to continually develop
  • Knowledge of airline systems and operations will be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good sense of personal accountability
  • Demonstrated focus on providing service through sales
