Your tasks:

  • cooperating with big brands form retail and banking sector
  • analyzing clients' problems
  • registering tickets in internal system
  • coordinating field services visit with customers
  • developing product data base
  • taking care to maintain high quality of service

What we need from you:

  • very good knowledge of Dutch / German / French / Spanish / Hebrew
  • good knowledge of English
  • high communication skills
  • enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
