Your role:

• Process inflows of payable invoices within EMEA region into SAP system
• Prepare and present the analysis of vendors accounts
• Take care of effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Problem solving support for suppliers queries
• Review and monitor blocked/not paid invoices, proper analysis of supplier statements
• Address invoice processing issues and proposing solutions to problems
• Analyze and provide accounting information for AP documents
• Support AP activities with Shared Service Center

Essential requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (preferably in SSC/BPO company)
• University degree in either of the following areas: accounting/finance/economics
• Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, able to adapt to changing environment
• Ability to manage issues and seek resolution, to deal with suppliers and business partners
• Very good command of English
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of SAP software would be an asset)
• Good analytical skills and problem solving approach
