We are looking for a person who has drive, experience, speaks English, likes freedom and is not affraid to manage and coordinate projects.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
THE MAIN JOB
• Visiting existing and new clients in Poland.
• Back office, making offers etc.
• Establishment of annual business plan, regular meetings with the parent company in the Netherlands.
• Organization of plantings, logistics and coordination of the planting team.
• Participation at conferences and other active promotion.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Completed university education in horticulture/agriculture.
• Demonstrable experience as sales manager.
• Experience in company management.
• Experience with negotiation with city representatives is an advantage.
• English – written and spoken is a condition.
• Czech – spoken is advantage.
• Polish – native speaker is a condition.
• Driving license of category B is a condition, advantage is category T, C, E.
• Willingness to frequent travel in Poland.
• Independence, organization skills, courage, creativity, communicativeness, initiative, drive, general view.
• Preferably located in Katowice area.
