Service Desk Specialist with Spanish/French/Italian/English (no experience)

Your tasks:
  • answer inbound customer calls
  • provide support to the customer within requested area
  • advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone
  • cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers
  • check quality of service tickets in customer service applications

Requirements:

  • excellent communication skills in Spanish/French/Italian or English
  • good command of English (speech and writing)
  • willingness to work in the shifts system
  • knowledge of MS Office package
