For our client, fast growing SSC from medical area we are currently looking for Quality Administrator with French.
In your new role you will be responsible for supporting quality processes defined for local Quality Management System and assists in Quality integration project for EMEA processes and standards, especially for French market. This position actively participates in quality guidance in processes related to training and document control requirements, and assisting with other quality processes.
Among other duties you will be responsible for supporting other C2C administrators in France/Europe, supporting users in installation of training modules, providing periodic and on request status reports, providing information and guidance on use of training system.
We are looking for person with advanced level knowledge of French and English language, experience in a Customer Facing environment, positive Quality attitude, strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
