Opis stanowiska/Job description:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in previously defined category groups;
• Manage Vendor Buying Agreements and commercial conditions with suppliers based in CEE region;
• Drive continuous improvement in purchasing procedures to achieve best organizational efficiency;
• Build and manage teams in the following areas: finance, sourcing, quality, CSR and supply chain;
• Manage cross-functional projects involving sourcing offices based in Asia;
• Develop common ranges and private labels for all company's retail brands;
• Work internationally directly with other sourcing offices and HQ based in Scandinavia.
   

Kogo szukamy/Profile description:

• Master Degree in Economics, Supply Chain or relevant;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sourcing in retail industry;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing a team;
• Demonstrated track record of identifying process improvements in planning, logistics and purchasing area;
• Strong customer mind set, stakeholder insight and relation building ability;
• Very good organizations and communications skills;
• Fluency in English.
