On behalf of our Client, an international law firm, we are looking for the Junior Marketing Specialist to join a fast growing Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting marketing managers in supporting partners and lawyers in introducing specific legal solutions to key clients. Your scope of duties will include preparing marketing materials, administration of pitch process, collection and preparation of necessary administrative legal documents, revising and storing all legal directory submissions, conducting research and analysis, maintaining database, contacting business partners and vendors, ensuring all company standards are met. In addition, you will closely cooperate with other international teams.
We are looking for Candidates with 1 year of experience on a similar position, preferably gained in a law company. Excellent English skills are required. Knowledge of additional language and InterAction system will be a strong asset. The ideal candidate should have a professional attitude, very good communication skills and the ability to work with deadlines.
