We are looking for experience Recruiter/Researcher/ Talents Developer willing to join fast growing IT Company based in Katowice.
You will work as International Recruiter and will handle end-to-end recruitment. You will work with Hiring Managers and candidates. You will be responsible for recruitment success. Your role will be to search, select and prescreen candidates. You will be a first point of contact for all your candidates when it comes to feedback, offers, rejections, negotiations ect. We expect you will cooperate with Universities, job carrier offices, will attended job fairs and will support us with Employer Branding Strategy.
