Main accountabilities:

• Monitoring and supporting the infrastructure, application systems, ensuring that processing deadlines and on-line service windows, as detailed in the SLA, are delivered and supported to the highest quality;
• Raising and referring service incidents, troubleshooting on the client environment. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Client and procedures;
• Carry out tasks by strictly following the documents containing the procedures and operations ;
• Report generation and distribution;
• Checklist activities for measuring system health checks;
• First step escalation.

Requirements:

• French Language - B1 level;
• English Language - B1 level;
• Sound IT knowledge fundamentals (hardware, databases and networking);
• Sound Knowledge and understanding of the Linux/Unix environment is a plus.
