Junior AP/AR Accountant with English

Our Client is an international company from legal sector. We are looking for energetic and professional Junior Specialists who would like to join to its Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable team.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to take part in new global processes.

Accounts Payable:

• processing transactions in AP - processing invoices, payments
• contact with vendors and internal teams
• preparing payment proposals
• month end activities
• reconciliation of AP accounts
• identifying process improvements

Accounts Receivable

• overseeing and processing payments from customers
• establishing and managing credit limits
• preparing reports
• reconciliation of AR reports and month end activities
• identifying process improvements

Requirements:

• fluent English (min C1) is a must
• university degree in finance, accounting of related fields
• min. a year of experience on similar position
• knowledge of SAP
• proactive approach
• team work and communication skills
