Our client, a high profile automotive business, seeks a Business Partner Controller for their Warsaw office

Description

• Responsible for monitoring and steering key business activities
• Responsible for financial results, performance or achievements of the business unit
• Supervising business strategic and operational decisions
• Ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Business Partnering with senior stakeholders and playing a crucial role in decision support
• Looking for opportunities to improvements and managing the improvement projects
• Provide proactive, accurate and timely insight into business performance by analyzing any variance of actual results from budget and/or forecast
• Budget preparation and monitoring through reforecast
• Produce business reports including analysis, drivers on variation and identifying risks and opportunities
• Wide range of ad hoc projects

Profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Finance Business Controller/ Business Partner/ Auditor
• Ability to understand complex discrepancies of assembled data and decipher into relevant business effects to communicate across departments
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics (ACCA, CIMA or Polish equivalent)
• Strong excel skills
• Fluency in English, ideally in French
• Ability to travel mainly in Poland (approx. 10-20% of yearly working time)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, strong ability to cooperate with different departments within business units
• Business leader, hands-on approach, can do attitude to accompany change
• Excellent skills in establishing and maintaining relationships within and across teams; helps resolving conflicts constructively, in a diplomatic way
