For one of our Client, a Global Pharmaceutical Company in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of Employee Administration Specialist

Working in this position you will be responsible for: preparing administrative and office activities, provide adequate admin support to the employees, organise business travel arrangements with regards to business, expense management, managing receiving documentation, effective communication with local and regional business units (UK, US, Sweden)

To be successful on this position you need: to speak very good English and Swedish, have previous experience within Corporate Administration area. We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of MS Excel and very good work organisation. We will be happy to see that you are motivated, detail oriented with great communication skills, team work attitude.
