Your responsibilities:

managing of the accounting team (15 FTE)
controlling and supporting in the day to day activities of the subordinate team
organizing work, setting priorities, monitoring and managing workload within the team
identifying ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness
motivating, taking responsibility for the team members' development
recruitment of new team members
preparing reports

Ideal candidate:

have 1-2 years" experience in managing a team in AR/OTC area (in SSC environment would be a plus)
graduated from the faculty of Finance and Accounting
can communicate in English on very good level (knowledge of other foreign languages is nice to have)
have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
got ability to work in international and fast-paced environment
like to work in a team and can build long term relations with coworkers
