Administrative Assistant with Spanish or French

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry and processing in SAP system,
  • Monitoring daily incoming sales orders, analyzing and resolving order issues,
  • Processing product returns,
  • Resolving price discrepancies,
  • Issuing credit notes,
  • Communication with Front Office and sales teams in the country you are serving,
  • Working on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Supporting implementation of improvements for process efficiency and quality,
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Fluent of one of the following languages: Spanish, French or German
  • Good English,
  • Dedicatad and a motivated Customer Care Specialist,
  • Analytical, focused and service-minded,
  • Has at least half a year in a customer service.
