Administrative Assistant with Spanish or French

Responsibilities:
- Order entry and processing in SAP system,
- Monitoring daily incoming sales orders, analyzing and resolving order issues,
- Processing product returns,
- Resolving price discrepancies,
- Issuing credit notes,
- Communication with Front Office and sales teams in the country you are serving,
- Working on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
- Supporting implementation of improvements for process efficiency and quality,
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent of one of the following languages: Spanish, French or German
- Good English,
- Dedicatad and a motivated Customer Care Specialist,
- Analytical, focused and service-minded,
- Has at least half a year in a customer service.
