Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

Minimum Bachelor's level of education preferably in Engineering, Economics, or other relevant;
Post-graduate degree in Purchasing would be an additional asset;
Packaging or paper processing background strongly preferred but not required;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sourcing or Category Management at an independent role;
Deep understanding of Corrugated Packaging category and market;
Knowledge in other categories related to Packaging (injection molding, blowing, printed labels etc.) will be an asset;
Excellent analytic skills, strong financial approach;
Demonstrated relationship building and influencing skills;
Independent, self-driven, with positive mindset and can-do attitude;
Results and quality oriented, with attention to detail;
Excellent Polish and English both spoken and written;
Ability to travel locally and internationally 50-70 days per annum.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

You will report to the Regional Category Manager based in Denmark and your main duties will be:

Apply Company's regional sourcing strategy to Corrugated Packaging commodity;
Manage a regional spend to ensure maximum leverage on suppliers and optimum cost savings;
Manage and develop a portfolio of several key suppliers, working closely with other purchasing functions, production, R&D and Supplier Quality departments;
Contribute to further development and improvement of assigned portfolio by risk and opportunities assessment, benchmarking, direct negotiations, etc.;
Enable best suppliers' performance, by assuring that innovation and market competitiveness is delivered while aligning with cost, quality, and service level KPIs;
Work closely with business in order to achieve productivity and cost-avoidance plans;
Execute RFI/RFQ processes and ensure correct purchasing master data in SAP.
