In regard to further development of one of our Clients we are currently seeking Candidates for position:
Tasks:
- manage the mailbox for comunication in foreign language
- answer calls and provide support within requested area
- observe problems and offer improvement suggestions
- administration of maintenance agreements;
- communication and coordination with company entities and suppliers
Requirements:
• fluent Spanish or French or German written and spoken
• very good English written and spoken
• very good communication and interpersonal skills
• customer orientation
• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
