Customer Care Agent with Finnish

For one of our Clients we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of:

Responsibilities:

  • answering calls and responding to e-mails
  • following prescribed processes (e.g. Rebooking, Cancellation, Schedule change, Name change, Luggage, Meals and Seats, Insurance, Monitor automated ticketing process) and handling other customer requests
  • providing customers with all requested and relevant information
  • cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues
  • providing e-ticket confirmations to customers
Requirements:
  • fluency in Finnish
  • good knowledge of English
  • very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience in a customer service area will be an asset
