Acting as tooling team member

• Solving various incidents
• Maintaining Atos global tooling infrastructure
• Communicating/coordinating actions with the 3rd parties

Job Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of Windows or Linux server
• Administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, custom applications and tools
• Diagnosing, resolving and delivering root cause analysis for automatic alerts, issues and incidents
• Identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group
• Manage and resolve incident, problem and change tickets
• Good understanding of Networking (TCP/IP)
• Ability to analyze system logs, events and monitoring alerts
• Knowledge of scripting (VBScript, Powershell, Python, Bash) - strong advantage
• Knowledge of MS SQL 2005/2008 is a plus
• Knowledge of SCOM or SCCM or BSA or Nagios or Spectrum is strong advantage
