Main responsibilities:

• Execute QCD targets for each assigned project
• Execute Sourcing & Purchasing related actions in assigned projects
• Assess sourcing needs with Project Leader xCDP
• Execute and evaluate Requests for Quotation addressed to suppliers (RFQ), lead supplier negotiation with involvement of Commodity Buyers
• Perform total cost analysis, preparing basis for decision during the project execution phase
• Contribute to preparation of supplier contracts together with Commodity Buyers
• Schedule and coordinate the prototyping of tools and product samples
• Handover projects to Value Streams and support them for 6 months after SOP
• Support CRP idea generation and collection by product group
• Lead Supplier Offer Review Meeting as a part of CQP
• Ensure all related CQP phases closure on time
• Responsible in AOP process for CRP by product group
• Control tooling budget by product group and BU
• Supplier tooling management for projects (xCDP and CRP)
• Organize pre-sourcing and sourcing committees
• Comply with WABCO and Sourcing & Purchasing rules and policies
• Improve processes in collaboration with S&P Business Improvement Team

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Engineering
• Fluent in English and other European language (German, French, Polish) is an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing
• Project Management experience
• Automotive experience in matrix environment is an asset
