• Min. 6 years of experience in GL
• Min. 3 years of People Management experience
• Be the main point of contact for the client and project

• Understanding of EU finance and accounting GAAPs will be preferred

• Experience in Operational Excellence and management of client expectations & relationship

• Experience in SLA Management - Ensure that developed KPIs and SLAs are continuously met

• English is a must

• France or German as additional language
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

• Drive teams performance for month and year end, ensuring all activities, up to and including the first narratives are completed which includes understanding and articulating the impact of the results
• Responsible for the maintenance of a complete and accurate Fixed Assets register and report preparation including review and understanding of variances month on month basis
• Preparation and full understanding of the balance sheet reconciliations, including what makes up the balances, supporting documentation and analytics review from prior months
• Closely monitor GL/ AP / AR/ Payroll / Tax processes for end to end ownership of financial
• Engagement with various business to get sign off on Physical verification of Fixed Assets
• Responsible for all customer standard reporting and validation where contractual obligations allow
• Works across the SSC teams, understands the end to end life cycle for all processes and act as a first point contact for contract related questions
