Junior Procurement Support with English
In regard to further development of one of our Clients we are currently seeking Candidates for a position of: Technical Support Specialist with English and Spanish.
Tasks:
• answer inbound customer calls and provide support regarding order management
• advise customer on appropriate actions over the phone
• observe supply chain problems and offer improvement suggestions
• identify and engage in situations requiring urgent attention
Requirements:
• fluent English written and spoken
• customer service experience is nice to have
• good analytical skills
• very good communication and interpersonal skills
• customer orientation
• availability to work on an afternoon shift
