Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via e-mail, chat or telephone
  • Have an eye for detail and ability to both listen and come up with a solution to customer problems
  • Replying to assigned support requests and following up on replies
  • As you will be one of the first to meet our customers, you will be representing our values in a polite and professional manner
  • Assisting other departments by performing general administrative tasks.
