Experienced Accountant with foreign language

Duties:

• Coordinate problem resolution
• Cooperation with site Controller and finance team
• Daily posting incoming payments,
• Cooperation with site managers on the approval of invoices and PO coordination completeness, accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Compliance, approval verification and quality control review
• Management reporting specific to accounts payable/accounts receivable/GL
• Identify and present solutions for process improvements performance levels
• Audit support specific to accounts payable/accounts receivable/ GL
• Responsible for staff trainings
• Monitoring and managing workload within the team
• Resolve conflict and assist others as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in BPO/SSC environment
• General accounting principles knowledge
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Fluent English,
• Another European language: (Dutch, Danish, German, Italian, French, Hungarian, Czech, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian,)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Attention to details, flexibility and willingness for improving processes
• Customer Service orientation
